From 1pm to 3pm, the Rosebuds will gather in centre to congratulate and celebrate Carolann as she begins her exciting journey as the new Wicklow Rose. Visitors can enjoy the festive atmosphere, meet members of the Wicklow Rose community, and be part of this wonderful local celebration.
