Heritage Week

Heritage week kicked off on the 11th of August at the centre, with an ‘Arklow, The Way We Were’ exhibition, hosted by Mary Whelan. The exhibition included photos from decades of Arklow history, with many dropping in and seeing their grandparents and generations of their families on display. From old shops, sports clubs, weddings, and all of the changes in Arklow over the years, this exhibition did so well that it was extended for an extra few days.
