Gift cards can be purchased at the customer service desk, located in the center mall area, where you can also check your gift card balance.

Terms & Conditions
While purchasing a Bridgewater Gift Card, please note that a monthly service fee of €3 will be deducted from the balance after a year from the date of issue.
An Update on Bridgewater Shopping Centre Gift Cards
Due to a nationwide issue that is beyond our control, we are currently unable to sell or redeem gift cards at Bridgewater Shopping Centre. This situation arises from UAB PayrNet, the payments firm responsible for managing the funds of gift cards, having their licence revoked unexpectedly. This has affected multiple shopping centres and service providers nationwide.
We understand that this may be concerning and inconvenient for our customers and we want to assure you that we are working with our gift card providers to find a solution. As soon as the situation with UAB PayrNet is resolved, you should be able to use your gift card as normal. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Update 04/07/2023
We are working closely with the programme manager of our gift card scheme to expedite the move to a new Electronic Money Institution called Paynovate as quickly as possible.
Update 18/07/2023
It is expected that the new gift card scheme will be fully migrated by the end of August, with cards usable again at that stage. We will update you with further updates on the specific timelines as soon as they are available to us.
Update 28/08/2023
The migration of the giftcard scheme is well underway, however, we have been advised today that it will take at least a further 2 to 4 weeks for completion.
We sincerely apologise that the migration is taking longer than previously advised, however, we have no control over this timeline.

The centre has been advised that the migration for the gift card scheme will be fully completed by October 1st, with gift cards being useable by this date.
